The service

LOYA gives each business a web page, a digital loyalty card and a booking module.

Free trial

Every new account gets a 30-day free trial. A payment card is required to start it; nothing is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, the monthly subscription starts automatically on the card on file.

Subscription

After the trial, LOYA costs AED 300 per month plus 5% VAT, billed monthly in advance by card. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the month already paid, then the account is paused. We do not refund partial months. If a payment fails, we may pause the account until the card is updated.

While paused

No data is deleted. The page stays visible; bookings, new cards and dashboard access are suspended.

Responsibilities

The business is responsible for what it publishes (texts, prices, photos), for holding any licences its activity requires, and for honouring rewards and bookings. Unlawful or misleading content may lead to suspension.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
